Share the cultivation context behind the question. Facility drawings, canopy dimensions, crop stage and target operating hours help us route your request to the right technical conversation.

Our global project desk coordinates initial requests with regional application support. Response times can vary when a photometric review or integration check is required.
A useful first package includes the cultivation footprint, crop type, bench or rack dimensions, intended mounting height and available electrical service. Greenhouse teams can add structural drawings and an estimate of seasonal daylight contribution. Indoor farms can include room temperatures, aisle constraints, airflow direction and planned sanitation procedures.
If the question concerns controls, identify the existing environmental platform, desired zone count and who will own commissioning. Photoperiod schedules, daylight response and emergency overrides should be discussed with the operators who will use them. Compatibility is confirmed against selected devices and interfaces; it is not assumed from a protocol name alone.
Requests involving an existing installation benefit from measured canopy readings, fixture output settings and the instrument model used. Record canopy height and the measurement grid as well. Those details help distinguish a layout concern from calibration, obstruction, aging or a changed crop surface.

Project inquiry
Include approximate canopy area, crop type, facility format, available voltage and whether controls already exist. We do not need a finished specification to begin.
When a target is available, state PPFD at the intended measurement plane and the planned photoperiod rather than supplying wattage alone. That lets the application team separate photon-delivery questions from electrical capacity, thermal conditions and maintenance access. Final recommendations remain subject to luminaire selection, photometric calculation and site-specific review.
